I loved the ease of getting an estimate from Zen Windows without having to make an appointment or have someone come to my home with a high pressure sales pitch. The process was easy. The information I received helped me choose the windows I wanted and Zen was available with quick responses to any of my questions. I would recommend Zen windows to friends and family.

You only get new windows once so I wanted to make sure I did thorough research. It took me about a year to decide and I’m really satisfied and happy I went with Zen Windows. Beginning with their quoting process to the installation and service after, they’ve been extremely professional and responsive. I looked at all the other major brands and this window is extremely high quality and competitively priced. And I didn’t have to spend hours with some salesperson just trying to wear me down. Do your research and I think you will see this is an excellent company and product. I highly recommend Zen Windows.

Zen Windows was amazing! They were so responsive and helpful through every step of the process. Pricing was extremely transparent and fair and the installation was so quick and clean. We have had no issues whatsoever and love our new windows! Definitely recommend Zen Windows for your next project!

The people and service from Zen Windows are beyond excellent. I have high expectations for home improvement options and throughout my research for new windows they were consistently at the top for all my requirements. Every single person I came in contact with was kind and more than willing to answer all of my questions. The installation process was seamless and fast! The crew operated like a team that truly takes pride in their skills. The windows are gorgeous and they’ve given new life to my house - bonus points for being great for insulation purposes and minimizing noise from the outside! From the initial conversation, Zen Windows far exceeded our expectations! We initially quoted having our windows replaced with several larger and well known companies in the area however found that the pricing and level of service we were looking for was perfect with Zen Windows. Estimates were provided quickly with little to no effort on our part and we were updated every step of the way as our custom windows were being built. Installation was very fast (one afternoon) and the installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. Should we need any other windows updated, Zen Windows will be our first and only stop. We would highly recommend!

I started my window replacement journey traditionally with several hours with the sales guys who didn’t want to leave my place unless I buy their windows for so much $$ I couldn’t believe they were serious. Then I compared Zen Windows with a couple of other companies. So happy I made this choice with the Zen Windows and highly recommend them! The install team did a terrific job: quick, clean, not much talking - I was impressed! It reminded me of a Swiss clock mechanism.

The Zen Window team is amazing, I wish I could give them 10 stars. I asked for a quote early one morning and the owners called me within 2 hours! The entire process was seamless. Everyone I interacted with were professional and very polite. I will recommend Zen Windows to everyone who has glass or window needs!

I don't know where to start.... these guys are incredible! If you value great customer service at half the cost for essentially the same product as the "big companies" you hear advertising on the radio, then you NEED to call Zen Windows! There is no high pressure sales tactics involved and they are extremely patient. You will NOT be disappointed with a decision to go with this amazing company!

Zen Windows did a great job. I obtained multiple estimates before I selected Zen windows and the price and options were the best. One company whose estimate was several thousand dollars more than Zen told me they were selling windows of the same quality, just for more money. They made good suggestions - like making sure the existing window air conditioner unit would still fit with the new window, and frosted glass for the bathroom, but no pressure as to the possible upsell options. Zen was easy to deal with and kept me updated on the status of the windows I’d ordered. They were on time for the installation and installed four windows in a bedroom and bathroom in half a day. They cleaned up perfectly, too. I highly recommend using them, and when we decide to replace more windows in our home, we will definitely use Zen again.

I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do about replacing some old and broken windows in my house. I reached out to a few different companies. Zen Windows was the most professional, helpful, and responsive. They helped me understand the various options and approaches I could take (I had several windows to deal with) and made great suggestions. Zen made the whole process incredibly easy. After agonizing for ages over how to deal with my windows, it was a complete relief to hire Zen Windows, who did a great job start to finish.

My wife and I checked into many other companies before deciding to go with Zen Windows. They were nice and professional from the start but I'll be honest most of the reason we decided to go with them is the price was great and bonus that it's a small local business. We couldn't be happier with our decision, the windows are great quality, look fantastic and were installed in a timely manner. They also installed a front door for us and did an amazing job with that as well. I really have nothing negative to say. If you want windows or doors installed at a great price by a great team call Zen Windows, you won't be disappointed.

Really happy with everything Zen Windows did. No sales pitch, really clear quotes that were quickly adjusted whenever I changed my mind on a detail, on time arrivals for initial measurements and the installation, and of course, beautiful windows that work! Their prices are hard to beat- we spoke with 3 other companies before Zen, all had comparable prices, and Zen came in around $200-300 less for each window. I'm not sure why, but I imagine it's partly due to them not wasting time/money on laborious sales pitches. The installation took right under 3 hours for 6 windows, very fast. The crew did say it was an easy install for them. They demoed the windows for me and were very clear on next steps with warranties, etc. They also took time to help us out with another window in our house that is tricky, which was unplanned and appreciated. Once they left, you couldn't tell they were even here. No mess left behind at all. We are definitely using them for the rest of our window replacements and probably some sliding doors!
