As the Director of Operations and Franchise Manager at Zen Windows, Justin brings a wealth of dynamic leadership, strategic vision, and a proven track record in optimizing business operations and fostering unparalleled customer relationships. With a background steeped in process development and improvement, he has been brought on to be a driving force of continued growth and excellence for Zen Windows. Drawing on Justin’s extensive previous experience as a Regional Multi-Shop Manager with locomotive industry leader Wabtec, he oversaw all aspects of logistics, operations, cultivated invaluable customer partnerships, and led successful cross-functional teams. He transfers those skills with his unique blend of innovative thinking, ability to ignite motivation in others, and a “make-it-happen” attitude into our company.
