- Fusion Welded Sashes And Frame are built to be exceptionally strong and durable, which reduces air and water infiltration.
- Dual-Fin wool-pile weatherstripping protects around the perimeter of all sashes to fight air infiltration
- Certa-Force Balance System provides smooth and easy operation of double-hung and requires minimal lubrication or adjustment.
- Integral Lift Rail features a comfortable, ergonomic design and is significantly stronger and more durable than snap-in lift rails.

Low-E NEZ incorporates single-strength glass, a high-performance Low-E coating, a stainless steel spacer system and argon gas plus a blend of technologies that will provide excellent energy efficiency and significantly improved comfort in your home. (Low-E NEZ is the standard glass system used for Northern climate zones. Southern climate zones use the same system, but with a Solar Low-E coating designed for that region.)
If you wish to upgrade, we offer practically endless possibilities for various glass, spacer and Low-E combinations. From double- or triple-glass configurations to several different Low-E coatings and spacer options, Zen Windows has you covered so that you can select the best glass option for your home.

After ordering, the doors and windows arrived on time (around 6 weeks) as expected, and staff was communicative throughout the entire process. Installation was quick and efficient. The crews came at eight or 9 AM on the appointed mornings and worked until mid afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout. The installation manager was happy to answer my questions, show me what was being done and walked through at the end to fix anything that was missed.
