- Welded Sashes And Frame are built to be exceptionally strong and durable, which reduces air and water infiltration.

- Integral Lift Rail features a comfortable, ergonomic design and is significantly stronger and more durable than snap-in lift rails.
- Stainless Steel Spacer System creates an impermeable metal barrier that resists condensation and increases both durability and seal integrity.
- Certa-Force Balance System provides smooth and easy operation of double-hung and never requires lubrication or adjustment.

Low-E Plus features double-strength glass, a high-performance Low-E coating, stainless steel spacer system and argon gas — a combination that will provide superb energy efficiency and help lower your energy bills. (Low-E Plus is the standard glass system used for Northern climate zones. Southern climate zones use the same system, but with a Solar Low-E coating designed for that region.)

After ordering, the doors and windows arrived on time (around 6 weeks) as expected, and staff was communicative throughout the entire process. Installation was quick and efficient. The crews came at eight or 9 AM on the appointed mornings and worked until mid afternoon. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout. The installation manager was happy to answer my questions, show me what was being done and walked through at the end to fix anything that was missed.
