What happens after I accept the quote? After you accept the quote, a Zen Windows craftsman will collect the exact measurements before the order is placed. Importantly, your quoted price will not change. When your custom windows arrive, they will schedule installation at a time convenient for you.

Will Zen Windows cover both labor and materials under the warranty? Yes. After installation, your windows are covered by a Double Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers both labor and materials.
