The service from the company beginning with the phone call after I requested a quote has been excellent. What I liked about the company was there was no pressure once I received the quote. I had a list of specific follow up questions that were answered clearly. I was even sent requested documentation before I even made the decision to do business with the company. This is one of the reasons that I went with this company because everywhere else that I received quotes from would not provide me any information or documentation in writing. Additionally, the installers came on time and answered all of my follow up questions. First I must say it was a pleasure and absolute joy to work with Zen Windows. I spoke to Mike Knight and he was very professional and honest about everything. He named companies by name and their prices. It's really sad how much OTHERS up-charge just for their name.
Second, the product was ordered in a timely fashion. Before we knew it, we got a call for next day installation. I think the entire process took 4 weeks. EXCELLENT!!!
