Here’s what to expect after requesting your quote
Step 1
Once you fill out the form, we’ll get started on your quote and reach out to you to have a quick conversation about your project. This can be done by phone or email, but in most cases, a quick call is the easiest.
Step 2
After we gather some quick information about your home, we will be able to send you your easy-to-understand, no-gimmick quote. When you are happy with your quote, let us know – no deposit is required!
Step 3
Following your acceptance of the quote, a Zen Windows craftsman will collect the exact measurements before we place the order for your project. And don’t worry! Your quote will not change.
Step 4
When your custom windows arrive, we’ll schedule a time that’s convenient for you to have them professionally installed. Only after installation will payment be collected.

FAQs About Our Quoting Process
How accurate is an online quote?
We can provide highly accurate pricing using photos, basic information, and details about your project. Before installation, we take final measurements to confirm everything fits correctly. However, we don’t change the price of your quote unless you decide to get a different product.
Do I need an in-home appointment to get pricing?
No. Unlike many window companies, we don’t require an in-home sales presentation just to provide a quote.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quotes are provided quickly after receiving project information and photos, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
What information should I include when requesting a quote?
We can give you a quote based on your address. However, you can expedite the process if you provide photos of your existing windows, approximate sizes if available, the number of windows, and any specific goals, such as improving energy efficiency or changing styles—can help.
Do I need to replace all of my windows at once?
No. Some people replace all windows together, while others complete projects in phases based on priorities and budget.
