Really pleased with the sales process, communication, install and outcome of our new windows by Zen Windows Carolina. Found them after a lengthy research process and very much appreciated that they did not mandate a 3-hour in-house visit to scope and price the project, like other companies did. They were able to accurately size and provide an estimate within 24 hours just by looking at photos of the home via real estate websites. Seamless process, measurements were quick and painless, install was within one day (23 windows) and communication with the team at Zen was always easy and quick. Very happy!!

Zen Windows took such great care of our Mother’s vintage home! Her father built it in 1934, with no power tools. Zen came and measured the windows very carefully and then created custom windows and guess what? No more drafts!!! We love the shiny new windows. We especially loved the work crew, brothers, who came to install them. They were very polite and hardworking.

THE VALUE that we received from these windows is truly equivalent to the price. These windows are quality material and have a lifetime guarantee. Now Mother’s house can still be a place for family gatherings for generations to come!

I never thought that getting new windows could go so smoothly. However, it did go smoothly! Getting a quote and product/warranty information from Mike was extremely easy. Ty brought a sample window by for us to see and touch. Erika kept us informed while we were waiting for the windows to arrive. Scott let me know when the windows were in the warehouse and then got our installation scheduled for the next day. We were expecting installation to take at least two days. Marcos and his crew got the installation done in one day and they did an amazing job. It's so nice to have nice clear windows to look through. Brian, the company owner, and Jan, a new sales rep, stopped by during the installation and gave us further confidence that we made a good decision in selecting Zen for our new windows.

The service from the company beginning with the phone call after I requested a quote has been excellent. What I liked about the company was there was no pressure once I received the quote. I had a list of specific follow up questions that were answered clearly. I was even sent requested documentation before I even made the decision to do business with the company. This is one of the reasons that I went with this company because everywhere else that I received quotes from would not provide me any information or documentation in writing. Additionally, the installers came on time and answered all of my follow up questions. I had anticipated the windows being installed mid January 2026, but they were installed ahead of time on December 31, 2025. I look forward to doing business with the company again.

WOW, wow, I can’t say enough good things about Zen Windows and the whole team. From start to finish communication was excellent, quick to answer all my questions no matter how minor. The installation team were the nicest, most efficient guys and did a beautiful job. I am thrilled with my new windows but more importantly that I chose Zen to do the job. I used Brian and Zen windows to replace all 33 windows in my house. But first I went through the trouble and headache of listening to the "low pressure" sales pitch from the other window companies. WHAT A WASTE! I contacted Brian and what a pleasure. The whole process was great from the quote through the installation. I totally recommend Brian for all your window needs.

windows have been installed a week now. the installation crew was awesome. a little hiccup at beginning as measurement was off on one of the windows but that was re-ordered and fixed satisfactory. i would recommend these windows to anyone who is looking for replacement windows. thanks Zen!!

First I must say it was a pleasure and absolute joy to work with Zen Windows. I spoke to Mike Knight and he was very professional and honest about everything. He named companies by name and their prices. It's really sad how much OTHERS up-charge just for their name.
Second, the product was ordered in a timely fashion. Before we knew it, we got a call for next day installation. I think the entire process took 4 weeks. EXCELLENT!!! The guys took care of installation within 4 hours and we are beyond pleased. Thad and the crew did an excellent job and we love the outcome. We will be using Zen Windows for any future projects.

Stay away from the BIG NAMES!! Go with Zen Windows for doors and windows!! The price and professionalism are beyond compare!!

We called Zen to get an estimate for a new front door, frame and storm door. Our experience couldn’t have been better. We were treated as if we were their most important clients from our first contact through installation. Our ProVia door is absolutely beautiful, enhancing the look of our home. An absolutely incredible experience all around! The communication was stellar from the start. No high pressure sale and it was so easy to sign off to get the project started. Their prices are more than fair and don't compromise quality of the project. Windows came in early which was a plus and they were quick to notifying me and getting the install scheduled. The installers were fantastic and so incredibly kind as they offered to help put my blinds back up for no additional charge. All around, I am so incredibly happy and so glad I chose Zen Windows! Ty was quick to offer accurate quotes by researching our location, and the estimated price remained firm once accepted. After we approved the quote, he coordinated the installation team to take precise measurements, ensuring no price increases afterward. Scott Padgett led the measurement and installation team with professionalism, delivering excellent work on installation and caulking, and they left the site spotless.

Additionally, Natalie Zimmerman provided exceptional customer service by keeping us informed about delivery status and handling all paperwork efficiently. Overall, our experience with Zen Windows was fantastic. We will definitely turn to them again when we need new windows for our current home.
