When you accept a quote from us, we’ll schedule one of our professionals to come and measure for your new windows. One week after we measure, your windows should arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we receive shipment, we’ll call you to schedule a time for installation with one of Zen Window’s highly trained and licensed specialists. We want to make the installation process as convenient as possible for you and most installations will take only one visit to complete.
Total customer satisfaction is our goal. We only accept payment after you are completely satisfied with the installation of your new windows. When the job is completed, our lead installer will show you how to operate your new windows and finalize payment after confirming your satisfaction.
